It turns out that if you want to get your parents back together, it would probably help to be a little bit more specific as to the method and exact outcomes you want. Then again, she was thirteen and her dad was leaving; she needed to make a wish and make it fast. Limited-time opportunity, the weird little creature said.
But now she's a magical girl and she's helping people, right? Even if things still aren't perfect at home, it's better than it would have been, right? And she's making new friends. And even though her new friends have a lot of problems, it's a good thing she's here to help them! After all, her main skills are being responsible and telling it like it is.
